He is dedicated to revitalizing underutilized assets and transforming them into valuable spaces. In Calgary, where housing is scarce and public housing is overburdened while office towers remain empty, Ikhlas envisions repurposing these vacant towers into affordable housing.
As a Director at New Trafford Homes, Babs tackles Calgary's housing shortage with his expertise in luxury custom homes. With a Master’s in Well Engineering, P. Eng. designation, and PMP certification, he brings over 18 years of global project management experience from the USA, Canada, Nigeria, and Angola. His skills and international insight significantly advance New Trafford Homes’ mission to deliver high-quality, custom-built homes and exceed client expectations.
